Really good app

Good job dude. Keep working on this app Perfect

Doesnt work

When it asks you to open the file everything is grayed out.

Hasnt worked for me yet

Ive tried to get the software running on two different macs, but it didnt work on either one.

Ok but needs a bit of work

I have an iphone 3G and my portable computer is an HP with Bluetooth. For some reason I cannot pair the 2 units with the bluetooth. I was able to get it going by creating an ad-hoc direct wireless network on my portable, but this is a bit hard to do since you have to set your i phone wifi settings and your computer network to it. Once you get it going it works OK, but you have to make sure to set the sleep mode on your iphone to a long duration, otherwise the connection is lost and needs to be redone if you do not change slide fast enough. All these settings makes it a bit hard to use in a real life situation with an audience.

Useless

Id recommend just using vnc as opposed to this, just as effective, also free, and no slide limit

Awesome!

I love this app! It is like power point on the computer

Good start

I like the features and the interface, but there are a few features that are needed before I would buy the full version. 1st, it should connect to my pc as soon as I start the app (see iPresenter). 2nd, the interface for opening apps on the pc is limited, it should automaticaly find any open PP files. 3rd, it should allow you to exit presentations from the app. 4th, when you advance slides via the keyboard or mouse it should show what slide you are on. These are all fairly miner issues, but I would not shell out the $10 for the full app until at least the first 2 are fixed.

Does not work

Two solid hours setting it up and running it everyway possible and no luck. Good idea though, it would be cool if actually worked.

Pretty easy

Just gave it a quick try. Other than needing to install .net and bonjour b4 installing the support prog on my windows machine, set up was very easy. Im not technical, so was pleased that it was simple. I like that u van preview ur notes for each slide on the iphone Think Im gonna buy the full version.

Disappointed

Unfortunately this app does not work on my computer. Im running a MacBook Pro with OS X 10.5.8 and Power Point ver. 10.1.0 (Office: Mac v.X)

Works great!

I gotta say, Im kind of surprised that so many gave this app a one star rating. It was easy to set up and works just like it says it does. The free version has a limit of 15 slides, but its definitely worth trying out before springing for the full version (if you even need the full version). Works great on the ipod touch, and the biggest advantage is that you can also see your presentation screen on the ipod (something remote clickers cant offer you). Another plus is you can easily toggle back and forth from your notes for each slide. Definitely worth checking out.

Wont connect

The app doesnt see the remote host and wont connect manually.

Works only with WiFi net.

Tried to connect using direct connection, spent whole day, but couldnt do it. iPhone found net, but laptop didnt want to connect to this net, tried everything written on support page, but no result. Without direct connection this program is useless. I wanted to try first, and then buy the full version. After tried decided to wait until problem with direct connection will be solved.

Nice idea.... if only it was working

It is better than many other applications. Yet.... it is so hard to make it work ... it does not worth even trying it.

Fill Version

Is there a full version?

Nice concept -- flawed execution

I like the concept. I have the application working as "expected" sort-of. Only one time I have been able to see the presentation on the iTouch but normally I can see the notes. This application doesnt appear to handle network error recovery correctly. It is very easy to cause the server to hang or crash. You may have to connect to the Powerpoint multiple times to get it working. Sometims the forward or backward button appear to not work and then mysteriously the presentation may get the command 30 seconds later. This will be a nice application once connection and network issues are resolved.

Works

iPhone 3GS MacBook and PowerPoint 2008. Software worked as advertised. The ad hoc mode for use when you do not have a wifi connction could be easier to use.

HAhahahah

Tricked my math teacher, Connected to his computer and messed with his computer

Needs work

Crashes if you stop presentation on PC then try to change slides. No way to end the presentation from the iPhone. Also, no way to gracefully exit the connection other than closing the app.
